Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand when refunds are applicable.

1. No Refund Policy

Since our platform provides instant access to digital tools and AI services upon payment, all purchases are generally non-refundable once the plan has been activated on your account.

2. Exceptions

A refund or account credit may be considered in the following limited cases:

• Duplicate payment made for the same plan within 24 hours.
• Platform is completely unavailable for more than 48 continuous hours.
• Unauthorised transaction proven with supporting documentation.

3. How to Raise a Refund Request

To raise a refund request, please contact us at our official support email within 7 days of the payment date. Include your registered email, payment ID or UTR number, and reason for the refund request.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment source used during purchase.
